The Vrdolyak Law Group has recovered more than $2 million for a semi-truck driver who was injured in a motor vehicle accident with another semi-truck.
The victim, a semi-truck driver with years of experience, suffered a serious neck injury as a result of the accident. Despite his injuries, the insurance company offered him no compensation, claiming that he could not have been injured because he had also been in a large truck.
