PRACTICE AREAS

AUTO ACCIDENTS

An accident can change your entire life. Sometimes temporarily—sometimes permanently. Accidents can leave you with the heavy burden of medical bills and lost wages. You may find yourself unable to work and care for your family. The financial consequences can be devastating.

18 WHEELER ACCIDENTS

Together, I-10 and I-12 run the entire width of the state of Louisiana. These interstate highways are heavily used by 18 wheelers and commercial trucks.

I-12 is routinely ranked as one of the top ten deadliest interstates in the country. I-10, I-12, I-55, and I-20—-these 4 sections of Louisiana’s interstates average 1 fatality for every .83 miles of roadway.

WRONGFUL DEATH

Losing a family member is devastating. But, when you lose a loved one due to someone else’s negligence, recklessness, or malpractice, their death is beyond heartbreaking.

MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

When you or your loved one suffers from the mistake or misdiagnosis by a health care professional or hospital, your case deserves the utmost attention. You entrust your doctor to diagnose and treat you accurately and promptly.

Sadly, thousands of preventable medical errors occur in hospitals and doctors’ offices every day. Patients cannot always be their own protector.

NURSING HOME NEGLIGENCE

People in nursing homes can be the most vulnerable. They are often isolated from the community. We expect nursing home staff and administrators to treat our loved ones with compassion and respect.

PRODUCT LIABILITY

When someone is injured or killed by an unsafely designed or manufactured product, the designer or manufacturer should be held accountable. Today, many of our products are manufactured out of the country. Regardless, these products must meet safety standards and have safeguards to ensure we are not injured.
