He is a seasoned litigator who focuses primarily on cases related to truck and commercial vehicle crashes, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, burn injuries, and unsafe premises. Quinton fought vigorously as plaintiff's counsel in national litigation against a large bus line that subsequently resulted in the installation of protective shields for bus drivers on all buses in the fleet. He has recovered millions of dollars through both jury verdicts and settlements including a $4.4 million settlement in a commercial vehicle crash case and a $3 million settlement in a wrongful death case.

Before Seay/Felton, Quinton handled wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits at The Chestnut Firm. He was also Managing Partner in the Atlanta office of Thomas, Means, Gillis & Seay from 1999 to 2011.

From 1990 to 1999, Quinton was an Associate Attorney at Long, Weinberg, Ansley & Wheeler, an insurance defense firm. He was responsible for over 60 cases and provided legal defense for Fortune 500 companies such as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, State Farm, and Allstate.
