From Humble Beginnings to National Recognition
Founder T.J. Preuss didn’t start life on the easy street to success. Raised in the northern suburbs of St. Louis, T.J. grew up with truly humble beginnings but with the foundation of strong role models. His meager beginnings gave him the experience to stand side-by-side with those in need and the passion to make a positive difference. He has found purpose in providing people with the help and direction they are seeking. This drive has led T.J. to receive appointments by Courts and colleagues across the nation to represent people who have been harmed. T.J. credits the challenges of his youth for providing the determination, compassion and hard work that have become hallmarks of the Preuss | Foster Law.
Because T.J. was given opportunities that allowed him to succeed despite challenges, he remains dedicated to making a positive difference in our community by assisting those affected by injustice. Consultations and services are free of charge to all clients until compensation is awarded on their behalf. His passion is to give a voice to the voiceless and restore hope for those who feel they have none. Taking the time to listen to the concerns of his clients, making them feel understood, and providing much needed hope has always been crucial to ensuring the best possible outcome. Remaining connected to his humble roots and strong values allows him to relate well to others and inspires him to continue to fight to protect the rights of those he is honored to serve.
T.J. is a sought-after attorney in the areas of multi-district pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and has been requested to serve on multiple national committees. These representations have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries for injured victims nationwide.
