Additionally, Anthony helped lead the filing of one of the largest antitrust claims in a generation by helping develop and file a predatory conduct claim against Google on behalf of several state attorneys general.
Anthony is licensed to practice in Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas and the University of Texas School of Law and has an LLM in Global Antitrust Law and Economics from George Mason University.
While a law student, Anthony was a summer clerk for Texas Supreme Court Justice Mike Schneider. Justice Schneider was later appointed to the federal bench, Eastern District of Texas.
Outside of his legal work, Anthony published a book which sold nationally in several big-box book stores, and he completed commercial driving school. He is permitted to drive 18-wheelers, including tanker-trucks, while also having completed hazardous materials training.
Over the years, Anthony has been a sought-after speaker, and commentator debating the law and policy live on numerous national news stations such as NBC, FOX, and many other broadcasters. He has been quoted in many national newspapers such as the New York Times and Wall Street Journal; along with most of Texas’ major periodicals.
