Chad E. Chojnicki represents clients in matters relating to divorce, child custody, child support, personal injury, civil litigation, workers compensation and business organization.
Chad graduated from Effingham High School in 1996 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in history from Eastern Illinois University in 2000. He then graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2003. Chad has worked for the Missouri Public Defender System as an Assistant Public Defender as well as an associate attorney for Ellinger & Associates, where he practiced in personal injury, family law and criminal defense.
In 2008, Chad moved back to his hometown to practice with Tayor Law Offices, where he focused his practice in family law, workers compensation, personal injury and civil litigation. In August of 2012, McDevitt Osteen Chojnicki & Deters was formed with the goal of providing efficient and effective representation for clients. Chad currently resides in Effingham with his wife, Traci, and three daughters, Lucy, Kate and Margo.
