As founder of his law practice, Daniel Kim focuses exclusively on motor vehicle accidents. He represents people who have been injured due to the negligence of others from auto accidents. Daniel has worked on a variety of motor vehicle accidents, including but not limited to car, truck, pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare accidents. He also has extensive experience handling catastrophic accidents with commercial vehicles and liability claims.
Admitted to practice law in California in 2013, Daniel received his bachelor of science degree (B.S.) in business administration and management from the University of Maryland in College Park and his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chapman University, Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Daniel served externships with the California State Board of Equalization and with a judge in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Daniel’s journey to becoming Orange County’s top accident attorney started when he was a child. Daniel’s family raised him with a passion and determination for helping others. That passion drove him to become a lawyer, and it has never faded. His law career has taken him around the world and back. Daniel served his country with distinction as a member of the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 2010, where he was stationed in the largest military jurisdiction in Asia Pacific and the middle east. As a paralegal in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, he served in Seoul, South Korea, and Iraq. Daniel was recognized as the top enlisted JAG member in the Asia Pacific region.
Back in Orange County, Daniel received his law degree and went to work serving his local community. Eventually his love of law brought him back to South Korea, where he served as an associate at one of the largest international firms in the world. Daniel founded the Law Offices of Daniel Kim to give victims of motor vehicle accidents a better choice to defend their rights.
Since starting the firm, Daniel continues to take a hands-on role in every case the firm retains, giving each client personalized legal guidance. Due to his dedication and aggressive approach, Daniel has recovered over $300 million in negotiated settlements and jury awards on behalf of his clients.
