Harold McCall is one of the founding partners of the national law firm Wright McCall. Focused his practice on mass tort litigation involving defective medical devices and dangerous drugs as well as catastrophic personal injury cases. Mr. McCall earned his law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law and holds a Certificate in Mass Tort-MDL litigation from the Duke Law School-Bolch Judicial Institute. Mr. McCall has represented numerous plaintiffs in the DePuy ASR hip MDL; Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II MDL; Bard IVC filter MDL; Cook IVC filter MDL; Bair Hugger Warming Blanket MDL, DePuy Pinnacle hip MDL and Stryker LFIT V-40 MDL. Mr. McCall is admitted to Practice law in Texas; Arizona; USDC Middle District of Georgia; USDC Northern District of Mississippi; USDC Southern District of Mississippi; Illinois; Arkansas; Missouri; USDC Western District of Texas; USDC Eastern District of TexasUSDC Southern District of Texas; USDC Arizona, USDC Western District of Arkansas, and the US Supreme Court.
Over the course of his career, Mr. McCall has been involved in many high-profile cases that have resulted in substantial recoveries. His success has led him to be named by Super Lawyers as a 2018 Rising Star, Top Attorney in Texas 2018 Rising Star by Texas Monthly Magazine, Top Lawyer 2019 by Texas Monthly Magazine, Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers, and is a life member of both the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been continuously listed since 2010 as a Best Attorney by Scene in SA Magazine.
