I began my legal career in 1990 as an associate attorney at a prominent medical malpractice and personal injury trial firm in New York City. In 1995, I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, and founded Auger & Auger Accident and Injury Lawyers with the goal of providing dedicated, client-focused representation to injury victims.
Since opening our doors, the firm has expanded throughout the Carolinas and now includes attorneys licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and New York. Over the past 30 years, we’ve grown beyond general motor vehicle accident cases to include a dedicated Trucking Accident Team that handles cases across the Southeast.
We have also expanded into Mass Torts, helping clients nationwide who have been harmed by dangerous products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
