Payton Klatt joined Aguiar Injury Lawyers in January 2020. At the time, Payton was a second year law student and started as the firm’s law clerk. Throughout his time in the position, Payton was able to soak up knowledge and gain valuable experience from other attorneys while working on major cases.
Payton grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Leadership from the University of Mississippi in 2017. He received numerous academic awards and scholarships while attending “Ole Miss”. Payton received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2021 and graduated with Cum Laude honors. After passing the bar exam in the Summer of 2021, Payton became employed full-time as an Attorney with Aguiar Injury Lawyers.
Payton is licensed to practice in Kentucky and handles a wide range of personal injury claims including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and slip and fall accidents. In addition, Payton has experience working closely with wrongful death, commercial trucking and class action lawsuits.
