Thomas "Tom" Bennerotte is the owner and founding partner of Bennerotte & Associates, P.A. Tom has worked in the personal injury field his entire career. In 1991, he began his career as a claims adjuster. He went on to work as a law clerk and associate attorney for the law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, before opening his own law practice. Tom is licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota.
Tom was born and raised in southern Minnesota. For undergraduate studies, Tom attended The University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with Honors. He attended William Mitchell College of Law and graduated Cum Laude. Tom worked full-time as a law clerk while attending law school. Currently, he is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
Tom has helped thousands of people in Minnesota, and across the United States, with injuries arising from medical malpractice, dog bites, animal attacks, slip and falls and car, motorcycle and trucking accidents.
