No Two Cases Alike

Tom is a firm believer that every injury claim is different and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution.

He draws upon his extensive experience, including his insurance background and Class A CDL, to formulate a personalized, detailed, and analytical approval to every claim.

Tom is particularly proud of the numerous occasions on which the insurance company has voluntarily agreed to pay more than its full insurance policy limits due to his calculated approach to prosecuting his client’s claim.

He strongly believes that convincing a large insurance carrier to voluntarily pay more than its policy limits is one of the most difficult things an injury lawyer can do.
